Defect rate exceeding 20% - direct shutdown, sealing of defective products with red labels; 5% -20% - Adjust parameters first and draw every 5 minutes. One less scrap, one more guarantee for delivery time.

3、 Short term adjustment: Let the production line run first

Change molds, modify programs, and conduct encrypted inspections. The quality is stuck at the lower limit, and the output is slowly catching up.

4、 Long term cure: Records must be kept for each change of birth

Flexible small batch, with the most repeated changeover. Record the mold status, parameter changes, and abnormal phenomena, and store them on the workshop shared disk. Before the next change, please review the records first and avoid stepping on them once.
